You Will Own Nothing

The Great Coronavirus Swindle was a massive wealth transfer scheme, as it was a way to strip you of your freedoms.

Do you remember when the right could have come together and protested this, and it didn’t?

Do you remember when there were so-called “white nationalists” saying that the coronavirus was good and it would help white people by making it so the government had to give them an allowance?

Well, you’re going to get your allowance. It’s going to be digital credits. A pittance that you can use on drugs and processed food made of insects.

You will never own a home, you will never have a family, you probably won’t even have a job.

I’m just gonna leave this here.

entire neighborhoods out from under the middle class? Lets take a look. Homes are popping up on MLS and going under contract within a few hours. Blackrock, among others, are buying up thousands of new homes and entire neighborhoods. https://t.co/mBDLgtoyEc

— CulturalHusbandry (@APhilosophae) June 9, 2021

As an example, a 124 new home neighborhood was bought in its entirety in Texas. Average Americans were outbid to a tune of $32million. Homes sold at an avg if 20% above listing. Now the entire neighborhood is made up of SFR's. What are SFR's??https://t.co/luVQEXUeKy

— CulturalHusbandry (@APhilosophae) June 9, 2021

This is wealth redistribution, and it ain’t rich people’s wealth that’s getting redistributed. It’s normal American middle class, salt of the earth wealth heading into the hands of the worlds most powerful entities and individuals. The traditional financial vehicle gone forever.

— CulturalHusbandry (@APhilosophae) June 9, 2021

Thats right!

FEDERAL RESERVE FUNDED FINANCIAL INSTITUTE.

Let that sink in for a minute. Got it? They’re using your tax dollars to fuck over the lower and middle class, and its permanent. Not 1 Pres. administration of bullshit. This is a fundamental reorganization of society.

— CulturalHusbandry (@APhilosophae) June 9, 2021

In the US and other nations home ownership is often the 1st and most vital step. This can provide for generational wealth and success. But as permanent, guaranteed renters youre pissing away a lifetime of equity and the chance for mobility. You just become a peasant.

— CulturalHusbandry (@APhilosophae) June 9, 2021

This is warfare. Make no doubt about it. Lloyds bank in London is doing it, as is every great financial institute across the world. This must be stopped. Its a greater threat than the slow creep of Communism, BLM or anything else you can think of COMBINED. It is a death stroke.

— CulturalHusbandry (@APhilosophae) June 9, 2021

Now imagine every major institute doing this, because they are. It can be such a fast sweeping action that 30yrs may be overshooting it. They may accomplish feudalism in 15 years.

— CulturalHusbandry (@APhilosophae) June 9, 2021

And whats the global reserve currency???? Oh ya… green funny money.

You may ask "Suppose the banks wont finance new housing?"

Or

"But Companies are buying them for way above asking price, can it last?"

You should see the houses going up south of Denver. The prices are just stupid at this point. People think they get equity, the norm to this point, but most don’t understand the devaluation scheme taking place, making the equity nearly meaningless

I honestly thought it would be a slower process pushing people into a state of peasantry. Most Anglo Saxon countries have high rates of private home ownership. While younger generations are completely pushed out of the property market. I thought with boomers passing on there might be cheaper housing or a housing crash. But with the idea of re -organising society. It seems like traditional economic modelling is no longer a thing. This is an agenda and profit isn’t a concern. However I think this might fall flat. Hopefully people buy out in rural locations where Wall Street is less inclined to “invest”

There’s hope for America yet.

It doesn’t matter how high they make those blue stacks. Its still going to be tall blue stacks in an ocean of red
They can build their towers of degeneracy up to the skies........they are still surrounded by seas of red.

God will not be mocked.

White people are going to need to have an exodus of white countries very quickly. If we were to create an ethnostate I think it’d need to be in Siberia with coastal access
Why do you think so?

The ethnostate already exist, Europe is our homeland, we are 11.5% of the world's population, no matter which part of Europe have an issue, we all have common issues. We need to work together to take back our continental homeland Europe at a racial level.

There’s hope for America yet.

How exactly? The European diasporas (non-hispanic Whites) are below 60% of the US population, it does not matter if the Republican candidates win. Most of the Republicans are no different to the Democrats because they have been sold off to the lobbyists.

Red =\= Republican.

Red means normal mostly white American Christians who speak English, are disgusted by trannies, appalled by the destruction of the family and traditional society, etc. most white Americans are pretty based on most issues except “blessing Israel”, it’s just that their political voice has been co-opted by GOP inc.

Isn't this quite perfectly analogous to what happened after the collapse of the Soviet Union? I.e., with the direction of (((US Economists)))--Larry Summers amongst them, iirc--(((Oligarchs))) seized the most valuable natural resources of the former Soviet states and sold them off to their (((comrades))) in the West at fire-sale prices, reaping essentially 100% profits while leaving the regular folks of those now "free" countries destitute and demoralized, right?

I don't recall the details but I think that was the general sequence of events.

History repeats itself.

The first time as tragedy.

The second time as farce.

The third time as farcedy.

Well as long as it’s private companies instituting neo feudalism because it’s good for the economy over all than I don’t object. This will put pressure on people to really pull themselves up by their boot straps and work hard like I did when I supported my entire family and bought my own house off my income from working at the local factory which is now closed because lazy millennials don’t won’t want to compete with Mexicans like I had to compete with other middle class Whites. If I didn’t like my job I went across the street and found another one that paid the same, I didn’t complain about it like kids today do.

If big business want to do neo feudalism that just means you need to study hard and make yourself an asset to the team. If you don’t like the direction the company is taking with making everyone eat bugs and live in homes the size of coffins than go work for another company that offers the public something better at a reasonable price that doesn’t hurt the countries GDP. Or you can just move to China where the commies let normal people who didn’t pull themselves up by their bootstraps trample all over the human rights of private companies.

I'm gloating a little bit. I moved out of the city decades ago. People called me an anti-social psychopath, many friends I had back then I have lost contact with entirely. I now own two country properties and there have been three business cards left in my mailbox in the last couple of weeks with unsolicited inquiries about buying my house. It's beautiful and I have made a bunch of improvements but even without that the value has gone up drastically since I bought it a few years ago.

Do what Andrew says; get out of the city, even if it means buying a lot with nothing on it. You might even be better off like that to start out. I literally lived in a cabin with no plumbing and woodstove-only heat for about ten years. You could probably buy a used trailer (get a small, simple one) and set yourself up on a property while building a modest house for yourself. If you buy a heavily wooded lot you could build a log cabin. It's not that hard, your ancestors did it without chainsaws and electricity.

Start looking at out of the way real estate today. The farther from everything the better. We're going to have to dig in if we want to survive what's coming.

(((Private equity))) is now doing to the housing market what they already did to the commodity markets. They've accrued so much "stimulus" over the past dozen years they have to park it in some kind of physical asset.

And to think (((Greenspan))), et al., always claimed to be worried about the pittance wages to goyim setting-off a "wage-price spiral."

I can get to one of the most empty depopulated places in the country. Thank you. Your post made me think about it and realize it's possible.

Buying thousands of single-family homes and renting them out is a stupid thing for any corporation to do because when things break, tenants can legally withhold rent until they're fixed. Apartment buildings have economy of scale because their units are all in one place and have identical fixtures.

However ... beware of Agenda 21 policies in whatever county you purchase land. TPTB are intent on getting people out of the country and so they are making it increasingly difficult to own land and do anything useful with it - such as building a house, digging your own well, etc.

So you need to carefully vet the laws and ordinances before you buy or else you'll be in a world of pain.

5.64 million homes were purchased last year.
55,000 (roughly 1%) were purchased by investors
Black Rock is just one investment firm

This is a non-story, hyped up by a WSJ article, a popular Reddit post, and trending Tweets. Yeah, it would be terrible if a Jewish corporation bought a house you wanted by outbidding you at 50%. But less than 1% of the entire market isn’t why prices are so high.

This has been going on since 2010, when the government eased restriction so as to re-inflate the housing market after it corrected itself in 2008.
