The word I should have used is crafty, not smart. I don't think IQ plays much of a role here.

To clarify, my thinking was that even though society says it's cool to have casual sex with blacks, plenty of white women still feel dirty about doing it (which adds to the sexual experience) and therefore will not feel comfortable displaying it to the world.

Yeah, men's and women's sexuality are pretty different. Men's sexuality is very visual, while women's sexuality is more based on status, social signaling considerations, and other such non-visual elements, making a woman choosing to have sex with a foreigner a bigger commitment that for a man to do so.
