Now im not exactly a biology/nutrition guy but something I do know a lot about is history and b00t said some blatantly retarded shit in regards to history and said it in such a confident manner as well.

This nigga was out here claiming people in the past died in their 30's. That's something I thought only full on mouth breathers and children still believed in and the fact that he went so far as to say "everyone in the past was a teenager and died at 30 because meat lol" is mindbogglingly stupid. Just check wikipedia pages of famous people from any era and thats enough to disprove this retarded claim. Like does he think that Ramseys II actually was a god or something because he miraculously lived to be 90 years old in ancient times?

right the goal is to do 20 rep sets on a moderately light weight and just keep going until either the muscle is exhausted or some strain appears on the joints. All I have here is 8kg dumbells which are really light, like yesterdays chest workout was at least 1000 reps and i still didn't get sore. gym is supposed to reopen tomorrow so i can spread all that work over a variety of exercises and weights that at least aren't meant for women.
Go eat a steak

Are you retarded, ill-informed, trolling or all of them combined? You seriously think that pushing baby weight for hundreds of reps is going to produce any muscular development at all?

And I see that a lot of otherwise OK posters are biting as well. You can't build muscle without progressive overload (in terms of weight lifted during reps, not the amount of reps, sets or how exactly you perform the reps) past the beginner stage. Anyone telling you otherwise doesn't know what he's talking about or is trying to sell you his shitty program that's trying to be novel. Gaining muscle is easy: you lift the heaviest weight you can with good form while not being in a caloric deficit and getting enough sleep. That's all there is to it.

There's a myth that you can damage your connective tissue and joints with heavy weights WHILE MAINTAING GOOD FORM that this poster is also propagating. It's not true. It stems from professional (strength) athletes injuring /crippling themselves while lifting heavy weights. NEWSFLASH: THEY'RE ON STEROIDS. Steroids make your muscles bigger and stronger, but they don't do as much for joints, tendons and ligamets. Thus their muscles can handle extreme weights, but the rest of the chain can't. When you're natural, it's impossible to achieve such an inbalance.
HGH is the best for correcting the imbalances. It helps your joints, bones, ligaments & tendons unlike roids. The only issue with it is if you use it for a very long period of time, it’ll make your head grow like Lebron James. You can tell he’s on it from the way he’s still playing at almost 40.

Did he recieve a ban, or did his bad diet and even worse workouts leave him physically and mentaly unable to continue posting?
I was wondering what happened here, I was following this thread with a sick fascination, like a trainwreck in incredibly slow motion.
Rumour has it, he got too swole and is unable to bring his arms close enough together to type on a keyboard. He is having to cut weight now and should be back to a normal size in two months.

Well I got banned. Now I'm back. Here's my updates.

Current Workout Routine:

Add weights until 1 rep max is achieved, then subtract weights until original warmup repetitions is repeated or onset of injury is worried.

Diet:

A shit load of walnuts. Comparable in nuts total weight would be non-starchy vegetables, followed by lentils and rice. I take a b12 supplement via nutritional yeast.

Here's my 1 month vs 3 month results:

1 month:

3 month:

My blood tests are ideal but i don't expect any of you to understand these numbers

Basically it says my protein is fine, my liver is perfect and my arteries aren't clogged with cholesterol.

This might be above your heads, but to understand the importance of vegan cholesterol, challenge yourself to find autopsies of people who did not suffer from cholesterol problems. There you will find the necessity of plant based dieting.

The vegan ideology seems to revolve around pacifying men, that taking away the meat will remove masculinity... but this makes no sense in context with India. They were vegans yet burned women alive on funerary pyres, they also put their women in dog kennels when they were on the rag.

I know a vegan who's pretty big, although I think that he went vegan for his girlfriend.
He got big before veganism. Now that he is a vegan all his gains will be eaten by his body and in ten years he will look soy af.

cholesterol bashing is jew scientism...sells ace2 up regulating drugs and makes every oldster susceptible to disease.

gluttony is a sin overindulgence is gluttony... you must be able to reign in your passions or you are nothing but a bolshevik liberal animal!

our systems are created...yes created, to do things in homeostasis or balances you over excite one part of system you will trigger a reaction...all good things in moderation could be a medicine prescription.

I'm not saying this to bash you, also I'd like to say that it might be a combination of lighting and posing, but you look a lot worse than your shirtless picture you posted in your first post "Starting Physique as of July 23, 2020 ". You looked pretty ripped in that one. The abdominals were much more visible and good definition on the shoulders, now your pectorals look kind of deflated. It might be best to re-take the picture in similar lighting and pose.

So, a person of Northern European ancestry, maybe would require a different dietary approach compared to a person of Roman DNA (Ancient Romans thrived on farro, barley and beans, with some occasional meat and cheese, mostly added as a flavor and condiment).
I wish more research regarding this was conducted, it makes sense to me that depending on the environment you evolved in, you'd have certain "optimal" foods.

Also a word of advice since I see that you're new; posting images of yourself on here is very risky. Boot0nFace might be outside of ZOG's grasp, but if you live in Rome you certainly are not. This page is public, any bad actor could be looking at your post. They know which city you live in and roughly what you look like. Will you get identified? Who knows, but people have been with less.

Lastly if you're going to be posting pictures you took with a smart phone, make sure the EXIF data on the picture files are removed. You can look that up, it's pretty simple to do. The way I understand it, EXIF data can be used to get the location a picture was taken (thanks to the inbuilt GPS device that comes with most cellphones). Never hurts to be too careful.

Doesn't the necessity for B12 supplement sort of negate the idea that vegan diet is in any way natural for humans?
Well, if you get vegetables from healthy soil (your own garden favorably) and don't scrub it all off, the B12-producing bacteria should provide enough.
The B12 you receive from factory-farmed meat is from supplements as well, so it's as unnatural as taking it yourself.

I'm not against eating meat on principle but I find people who eat meat are often in a pretty weak position to argue health, to say nothing of morals. Not addressing you specifically here.

I am no dietary expert, but I believe a diet that is light on meat is best. It's possible to grow up perfectly healthy using meat as a supplement rather than a main component. Early man most probably had diets like this, as non-meat foodstuffs would have been more easy to procure (hunting generally requires a high investment in energy and time). On the other hand, Westerners generally have diets very heavy in meat, because of its availability and modern convention (who doesn't like a good burger?).
Just my two cents.
