For a house to get 1million above asking I'm guessing it's a multi million dollar pad?

A 50 million dollar condo getting 51 million does not shock me.

I have heard stories of multi offers above asking for pleb housing, I attributed this to cheap "worthless" money and shortages of desirable housing in desirable locations.

Many niggers moving to second and third tier burbs.

It could be engineered social planning, create chaos inner city, people flee, jews but up weave stores on inner core avenues, bulldoze, build 4 level ant boxes with shops on ground floor, then lure niggers, young whites back with free rents and lotsa programs.

Right now my area has gigantic sprawl in former farm lands, same same houses going up like ant hills overnight, starting in mid 400k, and lines to buy...

This would be the case where I live in Southern California - as safe, livable locations become increasing scarce or are in the tens of millions of dollars category and out of reach for any but the uber wealthy (who surround themselves with all kinds of security - while demanding that you give up your right to defend yourself).

Every new housing development that I've seen is gated - with average-type homes going for at least a million dollars.

If you don't have that kind of money here, you WILL be living around niggers and illegals - the government is doing everything it can to shoe-horn them in to expensive neighborhoods (except not around the uber wealthy).

They aren't in an adversarial financial system. Regulators are staffed by former wallst. execs, banks will float Private Equity, the fed will bail the banks out. Or buy the distressed rental units. Its a small club organized to fleece you. One firm might be thrown to the wolves but those guys are on 5 other boards and the program will continue.

That program is governance by smart-meter technology and austerity, to limit humanity and conserve resources so that whatever remains can become a kardishev2 civilization in 100 years. That means domination of the solar system. Robots will do the space mining, mulattos will be the gardeners and chefs, whites will live in agrarian breakaway colonies in obvious locations. They'll let us live there as a breeding stock, occasionally they'll kidnap a girl for satanic rituals.

If I couldn't move away, and given no other choice than to live among the darkies, I'd buy the biggest camper my truck would pull, and set up in the far end of parking lots at Walmart, abandoned malls and such. If I got ran off, just move to another similar place.

A close relative put in an offer for a house >CAD65,000 over asking price and didn't get it (it was on the market for a week or two).

I was referring to the bubble that is the housing market. Home prices are soaring for the same reason the stock market is / did: HUGE amounts of fiat money with no other place to go for any decent return on investment.

I live in a very low cost of living part of the country (relatively speaking) and frankly it scares me shitless how hard my home value has skyrocketed. My insurance company and a bunch of my neighbors' insurance companies have already sent notices of cancellation of contract to ALL of us, otherwise we can remain "valued customers" for 900$ more a policy. I sure hope that this hurricane season nothing hits the roof because I don't know if I am going to be able to afford two sheets of plywood to fix it.

Not many people can operate well off the insurance grid, what they do sets up a lot of cascading shit.

Yeah, full disclosure, it's Florida, which has held up remarkably well over the years despite all this bullshit (DeSantis PBUH), but insurance is fucking everyone hard right now and blaming things like Hurricane Irma (lmao 3-4 years ago?)
