Keep in mind I've had RLS before it was even a term. I can recall as young as 5 going nuts at night trying to sleep because I kept on having to stretch my legs. No drugs in use.
Sleep disorder
.you are deficient in acetylcholine?

Vitamin d low? C section kids? Micro biomed compromised. B vitamin producing bacterias lacking?

It's possible a genetic "abnormality" I'd be biohacking the shit out of that!

I'm not saying you specifically are on ssni drugs it's just another mechanism that creates deficiencies in the chemicals that let you hibernate or deep sleep!

sleep researchers are claiming that if your REM sleep is lacking and you do not enter a sleep paralysis of a sort, your body cannot do the healing its programmed to do. people forever have aches and pains , stress fractures fucky bowel syndromes and a whole host of crazy problems. according to researchers the body needs to stop movements to make repairs. If your foot is always moving at night you are prone to foot pain and problems, foot never repairs from daily wear and tear. You still know how to breath, pump blood and not suffocate...you have more than one nervous system!

the brain stem areas that control sleep(and alertness during day) are dependent on proper amounts of D hormones to make the chemicals that will allow you to get to the right sleep modes. something like acetylcholine transcriptase? I forget exact pathways right now, suffice it to say Vitamin D made by your skin and Eyes is crucial to good sleep.

you can sleep a lot and never get into the right sleep for repair, if your systems are out of "homeostasis" or balance.
according to sleep experts, as a population in the west we came indoors 40 years or so ago. we stay indoors, we never make barefoot contact with the earth or see the sun with our skin, or eyes.

kids were shuttled indoors even further with moms at work and a zillion missing kids on milk cartons. neighborhood baseball games quit and its illegal to let your kids outside feral(unless yer niggers). video games and mtv fucked over 6gorrillian kids and their kids, some strange manifestations are recorded not in first generations of toxin introductions but maybe after third generation maybe fourth.
when it comes to birth problems in mice that are subjected to a chemical like glysophates, it takes the third generation before real strange abnormalities occur, and rates of offspring dwindle after successive generations.

we are in a serious decline mode from many many strange inputs that are messing with the design God installed in us. some are so fookun basic its hard to fathom a way out.

getting in the sun!
drinking clean water
touching the earth
breathing correctly
and fookun sleeping.

this 2020 cov911 has procedures that are really contrary to most of these basic necessities of life, its hard to believe its not for a nefarious purpose.

another thing about the brain I recently learned, it seems the brain remembers every area of the body systems that didn't get repaired. when a better balance is made the brain can recall where and when to go in and repair cellular structures that have been neglected, even after years and years of neglect.

I think its never too late to get right with the logos of the universe, and the best place to start is your very own systems!

these articles are invading my google feeds...its better than kardashians and election results!

I've heard of people getting relief by taking magnesium supplements.

It's a real thing and not just people's imagination. About 20 years ago I had a broken wrist and was given vicodin for it. When I stopped taking the vicodin I had a mild withdrawal for a few days and one of the main symptoms was RLS (though more so in my arms). This sort of thing demonstrates a neurochemical involvement. It was really aggravating and I'd hate to have it as a chronic problem.

most americans are deficient in magnesium, and that's not a good thing for the heart for damn sure!

I've experienced RLS for small stretches of time. Fortunately it's pretty rare for me. I wish I knew what the trigger was.

If you're never experienced it, it doesn't sound so bad. You just feel the compulsion to move your legs, when you're in bed. The reality is that it keeps you awake, and insomnia is miserable.

edit: Magnesium supps and epsom salt baths didn't work for me, but they help many.
