Sight and lies tied to people looking at screens and its correlation to people becoming mass programmed NPC memes is the topic. "My lying eyes" met with feeding only those lying eyes is a recipe for disaster, if you may not have noticed.

I'll start:

The more we look at screens of perceived life we are experiencing through of, we are being ailed by alienation away from actual life experience. Duh.

TVs were a novelty. Then computers. Then video games. Then smart phones. (actual line phones affecting people's behaviour should be discussed with boomers too, we all know that it opened womens' mouths a lot more and networking them)

I require that people elaborate on and from this perspective.

So basically, a meta media analysis thread. But the main focus is on eyesight.

Well F me then, guess. But information about paying attention to and correlating graphical context would greet a thankful welcome.

Some things can only be learned through experience and no screen will truly be able to teach you until you get your hands dirty.

I'm trying to figure out exactly what you are talking about. You want us to post a picture and then interpret it or do want us to describe a personal real life situation where someone got the wrong impression of reality by watching a screen only to find out later that real life is way more different?

I think that watching moving screens has a hugely dociling effect that neuters our past abilities to stand the F up.

Funny enough, I lost my phone in a pond today and losing it stings, it's like we love our phones more than anything else.
