I consume all my soy protein indirectly, via pigs. Delicious!
I have wondered what effects that has on our own micro biome, does the harmful effects of the chemicals used to grow the crops lessen after its been metabolized and turned in to muscle tissues in animals we eat?

soy used for human consumption is allegedly a different seed plant according to my seed catalogs, but for feed its a GMO plant made to take "advantage" of the chemicals used to grow them. how much of that is in our animal food chain, and how to find that information?

glysophates are an anti biotic that effect a plants shikamate pathway, our gut bacteria use this same pathway in production of enzymes and metabolites. if tis pathway is perturbed in such a way that say your bacteria's can't produce B vitamins in your gut for you, you will be lacking a fundamental feature for great cellular life.

glysophates are not the only thing used in growing these plants, much like vaccines the formulas sometimes require adjuvants to "help" the chemicals do their work, and at specific times. many times these adjuvants have never been tested in as a whole system, and how this system reacts in our cells. and if there gas been testing its been done by bayer Monsanto et al. much like a vaccine is tested by the manufacturer only. there is no truly independent tester.

the food growing system that multi national corporations have designed is not sustainable, and it appears they know it. hence the need to quit growing meat like has been done the last 75 years.

bug protiens? vertical indoor farming, farming without soil are things of our future...because globohomoschlomo fucked up our right now and our past.

Dr. Lyon looks more like she belongs on a stripper pole by the way she is made up, is dressed, her body movements and how she glares at the camera. Are the lips injected?

She does seem to have good teaching from dr don. I've read a few of his papers and try to take heed of a few things he advises.

Get the clean protien in the morning first meal. Hes done research on protien timing.
His research does not indicate your can't process the "extra"protien.

Taking Leucine and Isoleucine and Valine as suppliments.

More of course on the google...
