I gained a bit of weight when I was sick with the flu for three weeks, earlier when this circus started. I was not sick enough to sleep all the time but too weak to do anything so I was bored. Boredom is bad. Lost it again though during the last couple of weeks with a few days of full fast and the rest 24h intermittent fasting.

Considering we might get into a scenario of food scarceness and real starvation it might be a good idea to bulk up now when food is still easily accessible. I mean really bulk up, like 800 lbs bulk up. With that amount of reserves one could probably survive 6 months, maybe even 12 months without food. You don't move around much though so the rape gangs will catch up but not even the niggerest nigger would want to touch that kid of flesh mound and they wouldn't be able to find an entrance anyway.

They might of course shoot you right away but with all that protective jelly around it shouldn't do much damage. All that jelly has a lot of stopping power. If they're not using really big ammo you should be fine. Unless they decide to invite you to a BBQ as a special guest.

Best advice in order to not gain wait is to shut the pie hole.

Yeah it really comes down to not eating. If you're too fat, you're a food addict or an IPA guy.

The simple answer is stop eating. Someone posted Cole Robinson's name earlier, he's got more info on fasting properly. Also info on piss drinking which, full disclosure, I have not done.

If you're lonely, the last thing you want to do is give up. Get into / stay in shape if you want to meet someone. This goes for everyone, not just women. And put yourself out there. Get a personal trainer when you can.

Lockdown has turned me into a lazy faggot. I've put on a pound or two too, nothing like 15 but its noticeable. I do pushups and lift dumbbells where I can, but with gyms closed it's not as easy to get into the mindset.

But on an even more fundamental level, there is literally NOTHING to do. The idleness shifts my frame of mind into one of constant lethargy.

I'm depressed that I'm poor and have no where to go and I just sit around and eat all day.
I've gained 15 lbs in the past 2 months (113 to 128). I'm only like 5'2/5'3 so that's a lot for me.

I was hoping it wasn't too noticeable because I can still fit into my clothes, but I was fighting with my ex the other day when he told me I was "looking fat as hell". He calls me all kinds of names and none of them bother me but it stung when he called me fat.

I know I should workout and stay active but I have no motivation. What's the point of staying in shape if I can't even go to the beach?

I've picked up about 15 pounds myself. I am now officially obese; BMI 31.0. I am self employed, and I've watched my business crater to about 1/4 of what it was pre-pandemic. Things were just starting to pick up a little bit when suddenly, some hopped-up negro 1500 miles from me got his head turned purple by a cop and died from something, and then things crashed again. So no work to do, I been sitting around and eating.

I started doing intermittent fasting about a week ago. I stop eating at 8PM and don't eat again until 2PM. And I'm avoiding all sugar and starches even when I am eating. It has worked great so far, dropping about a pound a day. But I'm sure that will slow down.

Exes can be brutal. Try intermittent fasting and kick him in the nuts.

What pisses me the fuck off about this lock down bullshit is, they closed the Trails. It's one thing to say you can't park here but to actively enforce "NO HIKING" really fucking angers me.
Go hiking anyway and if anyone says anything tell them your dog ran off and you're out looking for him.

I've gained even more weight since I made this about a month or so ago, but I went to the doctor yesterday and got a prescription for diet pills so I should be back to my normal self soon. I know it's cheating and I don't care.

There is no such thing as a pill that makes you lose weight.

It's either purely a placebo effect, or something that's gonna fuck up your hormones and vastly increase your risk of almost every disease known to man.

Just cut down on the carbs, avoid processed foods and eat more nutrient dense foods like eggs and fish and raw dairy and stuff, and do calisthenics every morning and you'll be fine.

I know it "sounds" easy and all , but they will fuck up your metabolism, then you will have to deal with that AND the additional weight you will have gained after you get off the pills. Don't fall for the "easy solution", I know it's very tempting but in the long run you will be sorry.

Please try the fasting; it is very motivating because you will lose some weight right away. Also it is really easy in the sense you don't have to worry about special foods and cooking unfamiliar things, etc. Just eat what you normally would when you're not fasting. It is easier and better if you go lower carb in general , fasting will be easier; but even if you change nothing, fasting still works.

BTW hubby and I did do the 3 day fast last month or whenever I posted last, but we have been eating since. I have been mostly stable, I have given up the hope of losing weight while at home. I am still working from home (!) but I think they will let us get back to the office in July, so I will implement an aggressive fasting approach then.

Vegetables are all mostly low calorie and highly nutrious so you can eat a lot of them to fill you up but not gain weight (if you don't add too much oil to them that is).
Exactly the opposite of what you want to do. Vegetables have basically zero nutrition except a few carbs. Once all that bulk passes your stomach you'll just be unsatisfied, gassy, and craving more carbs. Eat the most nutrient-dense and deeply satisfying food available: fatty meat. You will only eat as much as you need, which won't be much if you aren't exercising.

Speaking from personal experience, I lost 70 pounds by going full carnivore.
