Bill Cosby has been denied parole after he refused to take part in a state-mandated rehabilitation program for convicted 'sexual predators' since doing so would be an admission of guilt.

Cosby was rejected for parole after failing to convince the state parole board of his suitability in a review conducted earlier this month, DailyMail.com has learned.

The disgraced actor was up for consideration after serving three years in Pennsylvania’s SCI Phoenix following his 2018 conviction for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004.

Cosby, now 83, was sentenced to three to ten years for his crimes but has always maintained that he would rather live out his final days in prison than take part in the Sexually Violent Predator rehabilitation program which he sees as an acknowledgement of guilt.

Now, newly released documents seen by DailyMail.com show that his stubborn refusal to cooperate with authorities may well see him get his wish.

Cosby appeared before the State of Pennsylvania Parole Board on May 11 and the denial was issued following that interview.

The board members told him, ‘You need to participate in and complete additional institutional programs’ and stated that the reasons for their denial included ‘the negative recommendation made by the Department of Corrections [and] your failure to develop a parole release plan.’

This decision will be reviewed ‘upon completion of programming as indicated by recent doc assessment.’

They will reconsider his eligibility according to whether or not he has successfully completed a treatment program for sex offenders and violence prevention; whether he has received a favorable recommendation for parole from the Department of Corrections; and only if he has maintained a clear conduct record.

Reacting to the decision, Cosby’s spokesman, Andrew Wyatt, said that it came as no surprise to his family, friends or legal team.

‘It was brought to our attention by Mr Cosby that over the past months, members of the PA State Parole Board had met with him and emphatically stated, “If he did not participate in SVP (Sexually Violent Predator) courses that his parole would be denied”,’ Wyatt said.

‘Mr Cosby has vehemently proclaimed his innocence and continues to deny all allegations made against him as being false, without the sheer evidence or any proof.’

Cosby’s first trial for drugging and sexually assaulting Constand, 48, ended in a mistrial when the jury found themselves ‘hopelessly deadlocked’ due to one holdout juror.

But Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele and his team were successful a second time round and the actor once known as ‘America’s Dad’ was found guilty on all counts in 2018.

He has always maintained his innocence, refusing to show a shred of remorse or to cooperate with the prison programs on which successful parole application depends.

As far as Cosby and his supporters are concerned he ‘never had a fair shot’ at the trial that, his lawyers have argued, ‘laid waste to the presumption of innocence’ by allowing five prior victims to testify and using the actor’s words – given on promise of immunity – against him.

Cosby’s appeal to the Supreme court was heard in December when his lawyers argued that Cosby’s ‘entire life’ was put on trial in what amounted to a series of ‘five mini trials’ that saw him suffer ‘unquantifiable prejudice.’

According to his lawyers, ‘the prior bad acts evidence overwhelmed the trial and converted it from a trial of a specific offence to a trial of his character.’
This was just one of the grounds on which they are seeking to have his guilty verdicts overturned.

They also argued that a deposition given by Cosby during a civil suit brought by Constand and settled in 2006 was inadmissible as it had been given on the promise of immunity from criminal prosecution.

Today Cosby remains defiant in the face of the parole board’s denial.

According to Wyatt, ‘He remains hopeful that the Pennsylvania State Supreme Court will issue an opinion to vacate his conviction or warrant him a new trial.’

While washing the dishes today I had a passing thought about Bill Cosby and what was going on with him and his legal situation. Thanks for this update.

It is a tough call in that Bill Cosby is a nigger. So, they have that rape gene especially in the desire to rape non-black wimmenz. And Bill is not an overt aggressive savage kind of nigger so he would do it in a different fashion, such as drugging his victims.
Also, he was a college educated, connected, successful and wealthy Hollywood nigger which could also exponentially raise his arrogance factor in thinking he can do whatever he wants and get away with it.
His prime was during the sixties and seventies where drug use was quite common. Specifically, the use of the Quaalude which was likely a part of dating culture at the time that no one really gave its use, with or without permission, a passing thought or objection.

So one has to consider how "guilty" is this guy of doing what he is accused of doing.
These women seem to have been very naive, weak, gullible and stupid people to allow themselves to have been suckered in and taken advantage of in this way.
Why were they putting themselves into compromising scenarios with this guy in the first place is a legit question. What responsibility or accountability do these women take in regards to their choices and the consequences of their actions? Promises of fame, connections and money? How many of them gave him sex expecting something in return and then retaliated if he did not deliver to their satisfaction?

Is this the face of someone I would tend to believe or that I would regard is trustworthy?
I mean, how can I believe someone that is obviously a man trying to pass themselves off as a woman and claim rape?

These dumb bitches and cosby types need to be put into their own colonies for enemies of humanity living happily in shit

The thing is Qualuudes were used in the 70s a lot casually. I don't think Qualuudes was exclusively a "date rape drug", it was used voluntarily as well..

As an example, GHB is also considered a "date rape drug". Except plenty of people take it of their own volition.

I have seen cases were people argued that cocaine qualified as a "date rape drug".

Point being, you could be smoking weed with a girl and then have sex and then someone in the 2040s could classify weed as a "date rape drug".

Can people be sure Cosby really did force women to take drugs ? until they were unconscious ? Can people trust MeToo style accusations that pop up decades afterwards ? Based on what forensic evidence ?

Does it not seem convinient that people destroyed the image of the one Black actor that was considered a role model right as BLM was gaining steam ?

Think for a second people.

The mask is slipping a bit on that one. I figured they would have used less Orwellian phrasing.

It looks he is getting a similar version of the Mike Jackson treatment.
Is a murder suicide the next step for him.

Ding ding ding. You got it.

No black role models are allowed who aren't dancing to the jews' grievance tune.

It's simple to convict them of something because even the good niggers are still niggers. It's a decapitation maneuver. Jews are doing the same thing to the White race.

Cosby can rape all the women he wants. I don't care as long as Jello brings back the Jello pudding pops. You think they would since Cosby has been in the news so much lately. All I remember is he had a stupid show on TV and I used to eat Jello pudding pops as a kid and he used to be in some of the commercials.

Also I find it funny that he was put in jail for rape and we all know what happens in jail. It's not called a rape cage for nothing.

He also talked a lot of shit about niggers through out his life, especially when he was older. I am sure all the niggers in jail appreciated that. Basically he just told the truth, but niggers don't like hearing the truth.
