Biden Administration Says Murdering Unborn Babies is the Constitutional Right of Women

Did you know that even Ruth Bader Ginsburg said that Roe v. Wade was not a strong ruling?

The Guardian:

The Biden administration has formally asked a federal judge to block enforcement of a new Texas law that effectively bans almost all abortions in the state under a novel legal design that opponents say is intended to thwart court challenge.

The US Department of Justice’s 45-page emergency motion seeks a temporary restraining order or preliminary injunction lifting the abortion ban while its lawsuit challenging the statute as unconstitutional proceeds through the courts.

This relief is necessary to protect the constitutional rights of women in Texas and the sovereign interest of the United States,” the DoJ’s brief stated.

The Republican-backed law forbids abortions performed once cardiac activity has been detected in the embryo, which typically starts at six weeks of gestation, before many women even realise they are pregnant.
It’s an interesting fight, I guess.

You know how we here at Hoax Watch feel about abortion.

But clearly, the right is losing everywhere, all the time. The claim that they might just magically win on the abortion fight is silly. Of course they will not win.

Give her credit for being honest. There's no basis in law for it. Roe v Wade can be summed up thusly:

* First, redefine the word "liberty" to include "freedom to murder a human being in my womb"
* Next, cite the "due process" clause of the 14th Amendment to constitutionally protect a woman's "liberty" to conspire with a doctor to murder a human being in her own womb.
* Third, arbitrarily define when a human being becomes a constitutionally-protected 14th Amendment citizen. Make sure to invoke the magic word "SCIENCE!" after you inscribe your arbitrary definition.
* SHAZAM! A woman is now "constitutionally protected" to conspire with a doctor to murder a human being in her own womb, right up until the moment when that human being magically acquires its own "14th Amendment citizenship" rights and privileges.

Thus, we see there is no legal reasoning involved here, just Talmudic word-play. All the Supreme Court did was to arbitrarily expand the definition of the word "liberty" to include "freedom to commit murder under certain circumstances", and then arbitrarily change the definition of when a human being acquires "14th Amendment citizenship" in order to create circumstances where you can murder a human being in the womb.

When you think this all the way through, the Roe v. Wade decision is actually an expandable framework for legalizing the murder of a potentially infinite number of people, simply by arbitrarily expanding the category of people who are not entitled to 14th Amendment protections. Just make sure to utter the magic word "SCIENCE!" when you do this, and you'll be fine.

EXERCISE FOR THE READER: Carefully read the new Texas "anti-abortion" law and evaluate it in light of the above.

I'm still waiting on a simple citation for this "constitutional right to an abortion". Is this too much to ask? The constitution is only about 4 sheets of paper. The DoJ should easily be able to point to the portion of the constitution that says front holes can murder babies.

I was wondering the very same thing. Just which section of the US Constitution guarantees women the right to an abortion? Can anyone here cite the clause that might be the one the Left believes gives them this alleged right? Any ideas which words they could be referring to?

According to our overlords there is no constitutional right to travel but there is a constitutional right for women to have someone chop their babies to pieces in the womb and than sell the remains. Every day I’m more and more convinced that the only reason God hasn’t destroyed the world again is because he promised not to.

It has been on my mind that the abortion mindset is impossible to overturn, as of right now.
