Bro if you can you ought to try to get some fresh chanterelles. The reds are my favorite. I got a big haul today and made some the best finds in a light alfredo sauce with no noodles. I also made a more traditional alfredo, this time with way more cream and less parmesan. I'm so full and I'm literally seeing mushrooms on the back of my eyelids from hunting them for so long.
